What to expect
Your agent is conversational AI. It usually replies in about a second per exchange; speed depends on the phone network and AI providers and can vary.
It runs on third-party infrastructure (Twilio for telephony, plus AI speech & language models). DRGx doesn't guarantee a specific uptime or latency at this tier.
It's automated and can occasionally mishear or get something wrong — review anything important. It is not for emergencies; callers should dial 911 for those.
Your plan is $40 to start, then $10/mo for your dedicated number plus 50¢/min of talk time, prepaid — no contract.
Service & phone number terms
This is a prepaid service. You fund a balance, and DRGx provides the agent and number; the $10/mo line fee and 50¢/min usage draw from that balance.
DRGx purchases and controls the phone number on your behalf as part of the service. You don't own the number and it isn't portable out of the service.
If your balance runs out or you cancel, the agent pauses and DRGx may deactivate, release, or reassign the number.
You may use the service anywhere for lawful business purposes while your account is active.
Calls are recorded. You're responsible for complying with the call-recording and consent laws that apply to you and your callers; a recording notice is included by default.
